A long format documentary filmed in 2022 about the lives of some migrant workers that from the foothills of the Mountains of a stretch of Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, Northern Italy, go to work in the emerging luxury hotels and restaurants both in Italy and abroad. A story of their struggles, passion and successes with a view on the new generation of young people that will work in the catering industry.
